Durham Scarborough Bus Rapid Transit
Project managed the Transit Project Assessment Process (TPAP) for a bus rapid transit route proposed to run from Oshawa to Scarborough. After many studies, and receiving input from key stakeholders and the public, the project was successfully approved.
Policy Development
Metrolinx Vegetation Guideline
Developed a strategic approach and guideline to develop a vegetation policy for Metrolinx that includes tree removals, tree compensation, a tree removal strategy, and an Integrated Vegetation Management system providing a proactive approach for maintaining rail corridors to ensure an efficient transportation system.
Infill Development
Infill Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan
Completed applications for infill developments in existing communities that included going through pre-application processes with municipal partners, official plan and zoning by-law amendments, site plans and including any supporting studies such as planning justification reports for application approval
