With 18 years of municipal, conservation and industry experience, our goal is to: provide services that develops a solid plan and strategy; to achieve the clients’ goals and objectives through realistic analysis; and meeting strategic and measurable milestones. The goal isn’t to make a plan, but to make sure it is your vision and plan that will positively add to the community. At UrPlan the goal is to make your plan become a reality.

Uton Samuels is a detail orientated professional that has 18 years of industry experience dealing with large infrastructure, major studies, policy development and land development projects. He has successfully lead, project managed and consulted on many projects that have been implemented throughout the Greater Toronto, Niagara, and Kingston Areas. His experience, strategy and creativity, while managing well established working relationships in the industry, will bring your plan to reality.
